Reporting Copyright Infringement
To report copyright infringement of any GyanGadget content please supply the following documentation with your claim:
- Your Contact Information – Full name, email address, and phone number.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work – A precise landmark or website connection identifying the copyrighted material needs to be presented.
- URL of the Infringing Content – The URL of infringing content must include a direct link to GyanGadget page that contains the copyrighted materials.
- A Statement of Good Faith – The Good Faith Declaration states your belief about unauthorized material use.
- A Statement of Accuracy – An element consisting of a Statement of Accuracy and a Notice.
- Your Signature – A physical or electronic signature confirming the request.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
You can send your DMCA takedown request via email to: support@gyangadget.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”.
We will review a valid request, determine whether we need to remove an infringing item and take appropriate action.
Counter-Notification
In the case you do believe the removed content was incorrectly identified as infringing you may file a counter notification. Your notice must include:
- Your Contact Information – Full name, email address, and phone number.
- Description of Removed Content – Information regarding the removed content and where it was found previously.
- A Good Faith Statement – When you think you eliminated the content due to a misidentification or in error.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of your courts and agreement to service of process by the original complainant by means of the Statement of Consent (also called a consent to jurisdiction or a consent to the jurisdiction of the courts).
- Request Confirmation – A literal confirmation of the request, the physical or electronic signature as evidence.

We will review your request and may restore your removed content if appropriate.
